PEP Support for Schools

In and out of borough schools complete termly EPEP documents via Looked After Call, our online EPEP portal.
Please use this link to access your account: Looked After Call - Admin

Designated teachers and social workers need to be registered users in order to access the system. Contact the Virtual School at admin.virtualschool@tameside.gov.uk if you do not have an account.
The account will need to be activated once a user is registered, using the link in the email sent from Iris/Looked After Call.
School may have additional users if required. This can be organised by sending the details to the virtual school admin email address.

PEP meetings must take place at least once every term and we ask that they are completed in the first half term, to allow for the impact of interventions to be properly measured and funding queries to be addressed.

Tameside Virtual School and College allocates Pupil Premium Plus funding on a termly basis, and only on receipt of a timely Personal Education Plan which clearly demonstrates the use of the PP+ allocation.

Please completed the EPEP document on Looked After Call and submit to the Virtual School via the portal, not later than two weeks after the meeting

Please see below for a short training video on how to complete a PEP using Looked After Call.

Guide to completing an online PEP

All EPEPs will be quality assured by a member of the Virtual School and College team. We may need to get back to you if the information needs clarifying and users will receive a notification in their portal inbox in this case.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding EPEPs please get in touch at admin.virtualschool@tameside.gov.uk

Thank you
The Virtual School Team
