It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale

If you wish to make a representation in relation to any of these applications, you must do so in writing, and your representation must be received at the Licensing Office before the end of the last day of the consultation period as detailed above.

A representation must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives;
