Be Well Tameside offer appointments at a variety of locations, including Ashton-under-Lyne, Denton, Droylsden and more. Appointments for a free NHS health check need to be booked and are available throughout the day, in the evenings, and even at weekends.

Tameside Council Executive Member for Population Health and Wellbeing Councillor Eleanor Wills said: “We’re encouraging residents to come along and have a chat with our Health Improvement Workers, who will be on hand to offer advice where they can.

“This is an excellent service that residents can easily access and be supported in making the changes where necessary in order to create a healthier and more active future for us all.”
