Workplace Wellbeing
We all know how vital it is to have a happy, healthy, and motivated workforce, so helping to find ways to keep your staff active is really important. As we spend 60% of our waking hours at work, employers have a huge role in supporting their employees to be active in and out of work.
Tameside Active Workplaces is all about simple steps to help your workforce move more. Small targets, such as just 10 active minutes three or four times a week, can start to make the difference and help energise your business.
Marie Hare, Community Initiatives officer, offers a bespoke service for local Tameside businesses to implement small changes which can improve staff wellbeing. She can help you on the journey to becoming a more active workplace by incorporating more movement at work and creating a live well day.
