Transport Evidence Base
Assessing and understanding the transport implications of a plan is essential. Having a robust transport evidence base will help to achieve this, it can also reduce costs and speed up the delivery of new development.
For example, the Local Planning Authority may undertake strategic modelling to understand the transport impacts of various forms of development across a certain period of time.
Much transport evidence has been prepared in support of Places for Everyone and the documents listed below are those considered relevant to Tameside and as also supporting the development of Homes, Spaces, Places.
