Emma Whisker“I love working for Tameside because every day is different, and the flexibility within the workplace allows me to learn, adapt and grow. I feel privileged to support the development of future generations by ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

“On my first day, I was welcomed by a supportive team who made me feel at ease. They were, and continue to be, readily available to answer any questions or offer advice. Their encouragement allowed me to build my confidence and take on tasks at my own pace.

“Tameside provides a wealth of training and development opportunities to help me grow professionally in different areas.”
